Carton Department

This section receives blanks from our Corrugated, diecutting and litho laminating Departments. We are able to produce plain and printed cartons in runs from 1-100,000 plus. Litho Laminated Cartons are produced by laminating high quality printed board onto Flute and B Flute corrugated board, allowing us to produce high quality cartons which can be used for presentation and transit packaging. Our Commitment to carton manufacture is highlighted by the installation of a new 300mm wide gluing machine.

This is capable of producing straight line and crashlock cartons and giving us the ability to manufacture four corner glued trays.All these packs can be made from solid board and E and B flute corrugated. This investment has produced excess capacity on gluing and we are now able to offer to the industry a glued carton finishing facility
